that's all it took for obumer . hopefully people would of woken up to the dems. line of garbage . smooth talking silver toughed devil . if them dems. were so involved for doing things for the " working people " . why in the first term of obumer didn't they do a thing for the dreamers ?

Because it didn't fit the narrative. Same reason there's no funding for the southern border wall after two years of Republican majorities in both chambers. If they 'just do their jobs', there'd be no drama, nothing to keep them in the spotlight. They'd melt into the background and that's not what they want at all.

Still think there's a difference between Democrats and Republicans? Think again.

The ice in the Arctic Ocean has melted every year since the end of the ice age, nothing new there. As for cruise ships crossing the pole, nothing new there either. Of course, if you go you'll be sitting on an ice breaker:

"Imagine being aboard the most powerful nuclear icebreaker on the planet as it crushes through thick, multiyear pack ice."

Oh, and it's expensive. If you have to ask, you can't afford it.

The ice in the Arctic Ocean has melted every year ... (show quote)

Cruise ships do not cross the pole, not the icebreaker. You make it sound like its open ocean on the pole. Lol!

Did you see it? Get a copy of it? Hear about it? Know someone who was in it? Read it somewhere, perhaps, reported by a writer who knows a guy who knows another guy who only spoke 'on condition'? C'mon, you need more than a one-line assertion with absolutely no background - especially in these days of 'f**e news'.

It's available online, someone on this board--forget who--saw it and Beto's speech in Iowa.

"[T]hick, multiyear pack ice." Yeah, sure. Open ocean. That's what all the 'thick, multiyear pack ice' is doing there. Just being 'open ocean', because that's what 'thick, multiyear pack ice' does. And the nuclear powered ice breaker is just for show. Riiight.

Which is not uncommon, as in the medieval warm period when England had vineyards, lost because of the current cooler weather.
