Looks like OAS was a complete bust, according to many news sources. Could it be that the Tea Party fervor of trying to take back the country has been rejected by even the fringed lunatics? Could it be that the same group is finally giving up on a stupid ideology. I'm wondering why you OPP Tea Party posters did not show up to support your main cause. I'm sure you have valid reasons.

Probably because no one knew about it. I never heard of it, until a couple of you left wing skidmarks started posting about it. Not only that, I don't know anyone who has heard of it. You're SURE it' s not some sort of false f**g progressive h**x? This poorly organized, it must have been dreamt up by one of those Occupy wh**ever types. I suppose you were at a fund raiser for your favorite charity, "Dips**ts R Us." By the way, what many news sources?

Maybe you and your friends need to sign up for the Tea Party Newsletter so you can stay on top of things.

Sadly, if it was a justifiable protest with people that are just tired of hearing all the bull-s**te about change and progression, it is sad that it wasn't supported by media prior to their march. That leads me to believe that the media is just a bunch of sissies bending over for our sissy politicians that can hardly wait to rape the country of every resource they have. I'm really pissed that we weren't more informed of their plans ahead of time. Then again, the information may have been censored to keep participation down to a minimum. I would love to see the Constitution followed and bare the consequences then to let these pukes keep running this country into the ground. I fought for our Constitution ergo our country and the citizens way of life, not to see our own government sell out the country.

It was an unjustified protest, carried out by a group that are dissatisfied that Obama is still in the White House, and it was not supported by the media because the media, including FOX, knew it was stupid. Excuses can be made for the low attendance, but the reality is the American people are sick and tired of the Tea Party r****t, h**e filled rhetoric and bull s**te........period

Mongo just pawn in game of life???

Col. Riley and his "commanders" have decided to re-group after their D.C. fiasco. They have decided to organize a rally that is far more doable than "Take Back America". Their new rally on June 32, 2014 is to take back Rhode Island. If that goes well they plan on taking back Delaware.

Col. Riley announced he is renting clown cars from Ringling Brothers and has ordered 100 pair of size 30 shoes as well as 100 honking clown noses.

A raffle will be held.

First prize is dinner with all of Newt Gingrich's mistresses.

Second prize is lunch with Rush Lumbaugh's oxycontin dealer

Third prize is a 1952 geiger counter autographed by Gabby Hayes.

The grand prize is a playground quality metal detector, with 2 rolls of quarters.

Brian is one of those incurable romantics. He calls Sarah Palin "Caribou Barbie," and has the utmost admiration for "Occupy (fill in the blank )." A bright, intelligent, successful woman is to be villified, but a bunch of dopehead morons, who commit every crime from rape to littering when they aren't"occupied" with defecating in public, is praiseworthy.
In all fairness, I must admit, he has come a long way from his grade school days, where he was undoubtedly the class tattletale, and probably campaigned for bathroom monitor.

This is no surprise. Last year's disastrous "Truckers Ride for the Constitution" and "Million Vets March" both went down in flames. The handwriting was already on the wall.

Couple that with Beck calling the rally i***tic while making references to other "spring" events in history didn't help matters either.

What is interesting to me is how toothless this fringe ideology has become. That happened much faster than I thought it would. No one was willing to pony up some dough to promote it. Erik Rush, Jim Garrow and Paul Vallely had zero impact. Heck, the Koch brothers wouldn't even peel off a few hundred grand to needle the current bunch in DC. That's tip money at the golf club for them.

And that is very bad news for those espousing these views. It is no longer relevant to those who count. It has been filed under yawn.

It was very much a justified protest, any group or gathering put together to point out the lies and unconstitutional activities of the Regime of Barry Soetoro-Soebarkah, aka, Barack Hussein Obama, the alleged President of the United States is justified! The problem with OAS was that it was ill conceived from the outset, it was just another protest, albeit this one was supposed to be on a much grander scale than reality delivered.

The problem with most protests, and this was no exception, is that they are all about the problem(s) but rarely if ever even offer a solution or solutions. Lt. Col. Harry Riley wanted to bring upwards of 30 million people to Washington to point out all their perceived problems with the Obama Regime, there's nothing new in that, it's been going on since Barry was elected! Riley wanted to leave a million or more "occupiers" in DC until he got what he wanted, the resignation or Impeachment of a dozen or so politicians beginning with the President! At no time did Riley ever propose a plan to effect his Impeachments and resignations. I guess he thought that the targeted parties would read the press releases (there was little if any actual press coverage from start to finish), and just up and quit, and high tail it out of town, so the sewers wouldn't back up.

No one in this country needs to be reminded by a retired Army Colonel and 30 or 30 million of his closest followers that the big government that we labor under today is no longer a government "of, by, and for the people," and that no longer does it operate with "the consent of the governed!" Americans do, I think, need to be reminded that the opportunity and machinery to change our government was bequeathed to us by our Founding Fathers in the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights.

Protests of the type engineered by Riley, and many of the hot heads that supported it, are more akin to anarchy than they are to the republican form of government established by Our Founders. Many of the Facebook Rambo's that were wanting to start the Second American Revolution this past weekend were very disappointed that they were ordered by Riley to be unarmed and peaceful, they have been spoiling for a fight ever since the TEA Party was formed (and most of them are NOT members in good standing in TEA Party groups)! They almost got their chance to spill some American blood (to water the Tree of Liberty, they mistaken believe) at Bunkerville, NV a few weeks earlier, in another display of anarchy masquerading as revolutionary change and alleged defense of the Constitution!!

Harry Riley or anyone else who wants to rescue America from the Obama Regime needs to formulate a serious plan as to how to accomplish that! It has taken over 50 years for the Progressive Movement to seize the power that it has under Obama, Pelosi and Reid, and it will not be conquered in the 2 remaining years of Obama's term in office, and protests without plans for change, even if they ever do turn out millions, will not change America to, nor back to, anything like what the TEA Party thinks it wants.

The ideal way to "redo America" is exactly the way it has been "undone," utilizing baby steps and starting at the grassroots! I know there are those that say it's too late for that to work, but if that's so, then this is all for naught anyway. The anarchistic side of the people for change will just help the Progressives reach their goal of reducing the population of North America by 350,000,000 and will probably change nothing in DC! They talk of a "Second Revolution," but it will really be a Second Civil War, a war that k**led and maimed more Americans than ALL of our other conflicts combined! There is a(n) (anarchistic) group that calls themselves Three Percenters, because they misunderstand American Revolutionary War history so much that they mistakenly believe that just 3% of Americans threw off the British Crown and they are going to throw off the Imperial Crown of the Progressives under Obama! In the first place, far more than 3% of the Colonials were for independence from Britain, or the United States of America would never have been established.

Far more importantly, even if their math was correct, the III% group has their heads in the clouds if they think that the relatively fair fight between Britain and the Colonies, in terms of man power and fire power, will be repeated now! The Revolution was a war fought with swords, muskets, canons, and horses, against just swords, muskets, canons and horses on the other side! A fight between the "rebels" now and "Powers That Be" will pit men with nothing but semi-automatic handguns, rifles and shotguns, against the most incredible array of battle systems ever assembled. Today's modern army, whether it be the US Army or a United nations Force, will have access to fighter jets, bombers, drones, tanks, APC's, crowd control or k*****g sonic or heat weapons that can immobilize or k**l tens of thousands with a flick of a switch, not to mention sophisticated chemical and germ war systems, etc, etc, etc. ad nauseum! This, unlike the American Revolution and Civil Wars, would hardly be a "fair fight!"

I guess that I am glad to see many of the Facebook Rambo's pledge their willingness to die, because that would be the only guaranteed outcome, then perhaps saner people can negotiate a peace that will allow us to change from the bottom up just the way we changed to where we are now! No it won't happen in my lifetime, and maybe not even in my daughter's but we must start from where we are, and where we are is a deep, deep hole that we dug by doing or saying nothing for decades when something needed to be said and done!

Really Obama and his cronies are not the problem, they are but a symptom of a far greater problem - the 70 million "Americans" who v**ed for him, not just once, but twice; after he is gone, they will still be with us and still v****g!

OAS turned out the only way that it could have, short of the shedding of way too much blood! The only reason that there was no reaction from the Federal Forces is because none was needed! Thank God! All of those well meaning Patriots now need to go back home and change their villages, towns, and cities, and then their states, and then and only then, will we change Washington! The cancer that is k*****g America is EVERYWHERE not just in DC! You wouldn't cut the head off a patient with metastisized Stage 4 Cancer to cure their cancer, and we can't cure America's cancer by attacking just the head!

The OAS event was not a protest against Obama and other leaders in DC, it was an effort to intimidate those leaders into resigning their elected positions. Any i***t knows this couldn't work, but they were set on trying it just the same.

I agree with a lot of your post, but demonstrating and attempting to intimidate just because you lost an e******n is downright silly. In order to change things, you have to win, and you can't win if you continually demonstrate stupidity.
