I sure do miss ol Loki!
His wit and undeniable common sense was a bright spot on this forum.
Besides that he knew the difference between your, you’re, their, there, making his comments
Readable and he knew how to spell.
We miss you Loki!

I'm with you! He was a great addition to this forum. My understanding is that he was kicked off.

Loki remains one of my best friends from this forum. I keep in touch with him, and know that he is doing just fine...short of remaining a curmudgeon. In fact, there is a high likelihood of my meeting up with him sometime later this Spring on a trip east to visit with my daughter in the area between Chattanooga and Knoxville, Tn.

I will continue letting him know that he is missed by many.

We sure do. One of the most erudite posters on OPP and also a wise man with a lot of common sense, which, unfortunately is an uncommon commodity.

Bernie, my daughter and her Family live in the Ten-Mile, Tn. area...maybe an hour away from Maryville? I don't know for sure when I may leave for that area, but if you wish, I would be glad to give your grandson a shout-out

I appreciate the offer, Slatts, but I do talk to him often. His dad, my son, died nearly three years ago from pancreatic cancer so I try to keep up with them as much as possible. Their 5 year old son, is my only great grandson, so I'd like to get down to see them sometime soon. My wife is having serious back surgery next week so I think it will be a while. It's a ways from Michigan. I'll remember your offer.
