California Governor to block more than 700 executions with executive order....

Will this executive order to stop executions also block a******ns?
Not in California, where it's open season all year round on fetuses, it won't.
It's like being on another planet, especially in San Francisco, where it's even a taxpayer funded "health" benefit for a s*x c****e operation.

This buffoon says 'Intentional k*****g of another person is wrong!!"....So, what about Death Row inmate that k**led another person...What about families of the victims???..How can you look in their eyes and say that murder of your loved one didnt mean a thing, and the person who committed this murder deserves to live and your loved one doesnt!!!???????
In just about every State, the governor has the constitutional authority to grant reprieves to any and all death row inmates, regardless of the outrage or uproar caused in doing so. You can rail and scream all you want, they won't be able to hear you in Sacramento and all you're doing is giving the rest of us a headache. Yes, these prisoners committed unspeakable crimes. Yes, they are evil incarnate and have no rightful place on this Earth. Yes, they deserve to die for their crimes, and yes, the governor can deny that 'closure' to the victims and their families.
Before you go off the deep end and start attacking me for being somehow 'on their side', know that it sickens me as much as anyone, but the law is there and that's the way it is. Either live with it or change it.

Just reading the title of your thread, I thought the guy might have had an awakening, and closed 2 Planned Parenthood clinics for a day.
Now I'm disappointed with him.

We don't have execution in this country. We have euthanasia. Same thing I took my best buddie of 14 years to the vet for because it was the humane way to end his pain.

In many ways we are kinder to our pets than to our senior citizens ---like me.
When I can no longer take care my daily needs I want to be peacefully put to sleep--like is done to death row inmates. Or used to be anyway.

I'm with you, old one! I feel the same way. Pull the plug, put me down. If I'm no longer useful, in pain, and can't care for myself with no hope of recovery, no point in being here.

Some i***ts believe that lethal injection is cruel and unusual punishment.....Maybe we should bring firing squads back like they did it in 1930's...Or maybe public h*****g....Maybe then they would know what cruel and unusual punishment feels like...

I completed the paperwork 2 years ago to donate my body for wh**ever use they can find for it then it will be cremated and my ashes given to my daughter. This is lots cheaper than a funeral. Two things you should spend a minimum amount of money on are a wedding or a funeral.
Four years ago I checked with a local medical school to donate my body to and they said that since I am obese (I h**e that word) they could not accept my donation. I said well I'll be dammed--I'm not even healthy enough to die.

I have a horse, and I'd buy the rope! To heck with that trap door crap! Set em on a horse, and d**g it out from under em, and let em flop for a bit!

Heck,we should do it like they did in the middle ages...Tie each limb to 4 horses and let them go in different directions...
Depends on the situation, but I'm also a fan of what the Apache's, and Pancho Villa did with rawhide. There is no point in keeping monsters alive. It's a waste of money that could feed the elderly, infirm, and less fortunate.

Lot of noise about nothing. The last execution in California was in Jan 2006. Gov Schwarzenegger oversaw 3 in Dec 2005 to Jan 2006. After spending a lot of tax dollars on a brand new Execution chamber at San Quentin a judge shut down all executions because of "Pain and Suffering.
California had the death Penalty restored in 1976 and after we recalled California Chief Justice Rose Bird in 1986 we have had a total of 13 between 1992 and 2006. Since that time, the only way a inmate dies on death row is from Natural Causes.
Gov Newsom has put a moratorium on executions and the death sentences still stand until another Governor reinstates it.
Much ado about nothing since California does not execute anyone and has no plans on doing so. At the present there are 737 inmates on Death Row.
Reminds me of a Bible verse about the last days, they will call evil good and good evil. I think we're there.
