Head of Texans for Operation American Spring has the sads, no one showed up for the revolution
Jackie Milton, 61, a Jacksboro, Texas, resident and the head of Texans for Operation American Spring wasnt too pleased with todays rally which sought to oust leadership from the nations capital. Operation American Spring, touted the event as expecting up to 30 million protesters in Washington, D.C., and not the dozens of old guys that did make an appearance. This was the worst revolution ever.
Milton said, Its a very dismal turnout. He contined to tell the Washington Times that hopes were high when he arrived in Alexandria, Va., a day or so ago and found motels and hotels were sold out for 30 miles around.
He said, We were getting over two inches of rain in hour in parts of Virginia this morning. Now its a nice sunny day. But this is a very poor turnout. It aint no millions. And it aint looking like theres going to be millions. Hundreds is more like it.
Milton said, This is very disappointing. Ive been talking to everybody for six months.
He explained that the weather may have delayed some from showing, but he said, as the sun comes out, and the weekend weather dawns balmy, more could show up.
He said optimistically, This isnt just the one day thing. Most of our group [126 from Texas] are going to stay most of the weekend. And when the bikers come in, there will much more. I know Connecticuts here. I know Colorados here. I think Utah, maybe.
The Washington Post reports, He also said the some of the planned Operation American Spring members who were planning to head to Washington, D.C., instead traveled to Nevada, to give support to cattle rancher Cliven Bundy in his fight against the federal government over grazing fees.
Im sure its quite the dilemma; o*******w the government, or support a moocher.
A lot that were supposed to come here went there instead, Milton said.
Rachel Maddow did the math last night, For context here, there are maybe like 320 million people in this whole country, and that includes babies and the infirm. She added, But they are expecting 10 to 30 million people. Thats their plan for tomorrow, and if theyre expecting that many people, statistically speaking, youre probably going.
If this isnt a sign of the Tea Partys demise, I dont know what is.
Say....Ya think these i***ts need to evaluate their position since it's clear a majority of Americans don't believe the crap these people do or act like spoiled brats when you don't get your own way? I hope they are smiled for all the cameras that were watching them and the millions of others that showed up to take the country back but didn't.

These operation "Cranky-wheezer-geezers" seem to pretty much be a bust. These guys are the political version of the retired "metal detector" crowd. They hoped they might find some shiny quarters in the sand box, but all they found were the usual cat turds.
Their next project is to get their geiger counters, saddle up the mules and go prospecting for uranium in the Rockies.

Maybe they should take the hint. God works in mysterious ways. Maybe He's calling their game a "wash-out."
I agree I don't think anything can be done to stop the damage already done. Its no different than any other time through out history "Empires" run their course and then they are done.

Seeing as you brought it up other peoples' "Bagger." Perhaps it's you who would want to share something with the group and get it off your chest. Just spit it out. You can do it.
The person who posted the thread is always the first post. You can count to one cant you?

Yes, I can count to one. The problem is, is that it was you who referenced "Bagger," not the OP. Again, just spit it out of your mouth. It's causing you to be delirious. Maybe you're not getting enough oxygen, having to breathe out of your nose and all.
