Make a pet of the baby calf and just play with it and see what talent or sk**ls it may have and reinforce it. If you bottle feed, you can teach it to come when you call it by name, whistle, or some other signal. I forget what age you wean a calf. But it's probably when they're big enough to bump you too hard.
