WASHINGTON, DC – Over 150 conservative leaders nationwide released a “Memo to the Movement” from the Conservative Action Project on Monday, declaring that they are opposed to the Democrats’ kick-off legislation H.R. 1, which would profoundly shift e******ns toward liberal candidates and open the door to rampant v***r f***d, calling Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s bill “the ultimate fantasy of the left.”
“Conservatives are united in opposing H.R. 1, the attempt by House Democrats to fundamentally undermine the American e*******l system,” the Memo begins.
It explains several key features of Pelosi’s inaugural legislation, outlining how it is designed to ensure that a liberal Democrat wins the White House in 2020 and the Left gains unified control of Congress and well as take over state governments.
The Democrats’ bill violates the First Amendment. It restricts political speech and e******n activities in several ways that the U.S. Supreme Court has made crystal clear violates the Constitution, such as groups’ pooling resources to take out ads on the issues those groups advocate.
Pelosi’s legislation is a massive federal power grab away from the states. The Constitution gives primary authority to the sovereign states to conduct e******ns. This bill empowers the federal government to micromanage e******ns by requiring states to get “preclearance” from Washington, D.C., before changing their e******n procedures.
H.R. 1 also mandates countless millions of taxpayer dollars be given to candidates for their campaigns, requiring citizens to fund candidates who those citizens actually oppose for office.
The Memo highlights several other features of the bill, including:
• Forces all states to allow all convicted felons to v**e.
• Requires all states to allow same-day v***r r**********n, which leads to v***r f***d.
• Makes it difficult for a state to discover if a v**er is also v****g in another state.
• Prevents states from limiting early v****g.
• Prevents states from limiting v****g by mail.
• Requires all states to provide free mail-in absentee b****ts.
• Criminalizes political speech that the government deems “discouraging” to v**ers who are statistically more likely to v**e Democrat.
• Takes redistricting away from elected leaders to give to left-leaning commissions.
Many of these items are statistically more likely to increase Democrat and liberal v**es over Republican and conservative v**es. For example, most felons v**e for Democrats, and people who do not r******r to v**e until the last minute lean left as well.
Others increase the odds of v***r f***d and intimidation. The most secure method of v****g is in a government building on E******n Day. Early v****g, v****g by mail, automatically registering people to v**e when they get s driver’s license, and allowing a person to register for the first time on E******n Day, are each more susceptible to fraudulent v**es or for v**ers to be intimidated regarding who they should v**e for.
Moreover, e******neering messages that are said to “discourage” v****g are typically conservative messages that various left-wing minority v**er groups attack as “v**er suppression.” Making such messages a federal crime creates the possibility of conservative groups being prosecuted by the U.S. government, chilling their willingness to participate in e******ns at all.

As bat s@%t crazy as Pelosi is she knows the Democrat party is done. It's not all her fault. Republicans let easily beaten con men win re-e******n without spending a penny on re-e******n while the whole time pleading for cash to... Well who knows but it wasn't to keep the house .Any group and I don't care what they call them self decides instead of doing social security they will opt out and give themself full pay till the day the die,some putting only two years is not honorable. Someone that doubles our health insurance for half the benefits with a deductible that can never be reached is doing no one but himself a favor. And as far as ending this 'law I have said since the day it was passed these professional crooks and liars may talk a good line but would never end it. No party has ended the other party's unconstitutional law for almost 100 years. Yes Democrats are control freaks and real criminal but the repugs are just as criminal. Obama didn't pull that genocide in Libya alone and could have never done it without his congress of enablers. If someone strutted into Congress and read charges against all 535, held trials,then hung every one of them what would you say? Thank you, thank you very much.

Can anyone name me one Congressman or Congressstank who has not broken his oath, destroyed his honor, and is to be tried and sentenced for his crimes by appointed citizens committee. I admit we probably won't hang all of them. We would want to save a few to rat out the others, winning rat would get a longer rope.
