Good thing this poor guy was not very smart. Diesel fuel is not very good for starting fires. What else would one expect from a resident of California ?

Sounds like a Californian. I remember when they bought a fleet of vehicles for the state that were made to run on that i***tic corn based gas substitute, but forgot to deploy pumps for it.
