Can anyone here refute what Mark Levin is saying in this video? If you can please don't try and use any type of Euphemisms or what about so and so. I'm asking for all here on OPP to just use their own sense of right and wrong and good Ole common sense. Because if there ever is a Democrat president in the future what the heck would that mean for our country if you get my drift. If this is what the Democrat party has turned into than I hope THAT OUR COUNTRY NEVER EVER HAS A DEMOCRAT PRESIDENT IN TIS COUNTRY!!!!! I mean that with all my heart and mind. The way the Democrat party has gone since JFK is no longer recognizable in the slightest.

Mark Levin served 8 years as Chief of Staff for US Attorney General Ed Meese. I have heard Mark explain in great detail the difference between a principal officer and an inferior one. In fact, just this past week, on his radio show, Levin dev**ed an entire hour to walking us carefully through the Appointments clause in Article II, Section 2 of the constitution, and, as he always does when he talks about the constitution, he went rather deeply into why our founders included an appointments clause in the first place and the debates that finally got it in there. His explanation of the difference between a principal officer and an inferior one was brilliant.

Obviously, what you fail to understand is that, even though Mueller was appointed under the constitutional authority of the Deputy AG, and by that standard is an inferior officer, Mueller immediately assumed authority not granted him through that constitutional process. Rosenstein failed to do his job in supervising Mueller and his investigation, essentially giving him Carte Blanche to do any damned thing he pleases.

If you would actually listen to someone as knowledgeable in the history of our founding as Mark is rather than the chattering h**e monkeys in your skull, you wouldn't make such ignorant comments.

Rosenstine failed to do his job when he appointed Mueller. Had he done his job there would have been no one to supervise. Rosenstine is no dummy, he knew what he was doing when he did it. He's part of the deep state attempting to undermine Trump. Who knows! Perhaps Trump needs to be undermined.

I feel there where candidates more qualified than Donald Trump. If folks wanted someone who stood for what America is supposed to be all about, Rand Paul should have gotten their v**e.

However, common sense tells us that it took a few centuries to get the country this screwed up, and no one person is gonna straighten it out in eight years.

Conservatives protect religious freedom, freedom of speech, and high morals in government. This does not suck,as you say.
Speaking of morals, AOC seems to be guilty of money laundering to the tune of $1,000,000, and giving her boyfriend a gov email address that is only permissible to wives and families, of which he is neither. Ilhan Omar is guilty of r****t h**e speech toward Israel on more then one occasion. Another congresswoman, Rashida Tlabi, paid herself $175,000 after the e******n, and after calling Trump a motherf###er, said she would always stand up for what is right. I don't see any morals in any of these 3 women. That sucks, as you say.
Conservatives have brought the country back to the forefront of world politics, have made the economy to explode, have and are trying to protect our Southern border, and, as you say, that does not suck. On the other hand, liberals rejected a reasonable deal ( that years before had already been approved) on the border wall, want the economy to sink back into the slow growth and wage stagnation of before, to the point where we had a government shutdown. During this shutdown, liberals attempted to leave the country for a European vacation, and some of them DID take a vacation in Hawaii. As you say, once again, this really sucks.
It is evident that liberal politicians are making decisions that affect citizens of this nation based only on hatred for a sitting president. That, as you say, really, really.....no, I mean REALLY...sucks.
So, it's not America that sucks, nor is it conservative actions that suck, but it IS those living off of our constitutionally protected rights, those who use lies and gossip, those who bear h**e in their heart while preaching tolearance, those who are against the very freedoms that allow them to try to tear down this country that really...truly...massively...suck.

Mark Levin is my number one, must hear, radio talk show host daily. A nationally syndicated constitutional scholar, and president of Landmark Legal which has taken and won a number of high profile cases in the SCOTUS and other courts, it's a rare day when I don't tune in to his show to get more pearls of wisdom from The Great One!

I find it incredibly ironic that those who applauded the impeachment of Bill Clinton because he lied about having sex with an intern...think that Mueller is operating outside of his mandate. When we look at Witch Hunts your use of Ken Star to hound Bill Clinton for the full of his 8 years and was finally able to nail him for perjury for lying about having sex with "that woman, Monica Lewinsky." At least with Trump, there is "there," there because we have known Russian interference in our p**********l e******n for the purpose of tipping the scales in the favor of Donald J Trump. An effort, which combined with everything else seems to have worked. Combine that with the fact that 17 Trump associates lied about having contact with the Russia government or WikiLeaks just prior to their release of embarrassing documents on Hillary Clinton and there you have the foundation for the Mueller probe.

I know you think we were supposed to shrug our shoulders and look the other way but I can see maybe one or two lying but EVERY associate for DJT who had contacts with Russia or WikiLeaks lied when questioned on Russia! If there is to be an investigation that is the reason why and if the shoe was on the other foot you damn well would find someone far worse that Mueller to carry out your task.

As for Levin--he is full of Bulls**t!!! Mueller can be fired by his superiors. Right there tells you his position is inferior. Whether he is outside of his mandate is a completely different story and doesn't relate to his position in the government. And once again--what you are saying is that the legal representation for DJT doesn't know what they are doing by not challenging the validity of Mueller's appointment. If Mueller's appointment was invalid, even the most incompetent of lawyers, which Trump no doubt has, would be smart enough to challenge that.

That there was no challenge tell you that they think Mueller's appointment valid. Your constitutional scholar should be able to know that but clearly, that fact escapes him. And once again you are on your fallacy merry-go-round using an 'appeal to authority' as a reason to believe something true. That someone claims to be an expert is no reason not to challenge them and especially in this case where the rules are easy to understand--if an appointment can be fired by a higher up other than the president means their position is inferior and therefore there is no need for a P**********l appointment.
