Yes you are. This case was not about collusion, that case is in another court. What is telling is that the lawyers came out saying no collusion to the media, when they know that this case was not about that. The judges own words, "“not before this court for anything having to do with collusion with the Russian government to influence this e******n.”

You can argue that the judge was not proclaiming there was no collusion, but he DID say Manifort's trial was not about collusion.
