One more court to go... and the sentence will be added to the end. DC will be able to adjust the sentence accordingly.

This was the judge that was sympathetic, and he went way light of the sentencing guidelines

This was not a "good" man under any stretch. He worked for bad regimes, was paid excessively by criminals who stole their money from the countries they were involved in, he hid money and evaded taxes, and he tried to make more money selling influence with the Trump administration.

Do a reality check if you feel sorry for this man.

I really think it was fair sentence.....What i dont think is fair that being as sick as he is he gets to be in isolation for all these months.....Even serial murderer is treated better then Manafort was and is...He is 74 yrs old ,in bad health, can hardly move, has to use wheel chair and cane...I dont see why he has to be isolated from everyone...He get out only for an hour....It is not fair and not right!!!!.....His lawyer needs to complain!!!...That's just my opinion...

he only has so many months left of course you want death. I don't understand how with the statute of limitations out of time how he got time at all.

What I find d********g is that Manafort's business partner was just as guilty as he was but Mueller gave him immunity to testify against Manafort. And, of course, there is nothing found here about Trump and collusion. There is something really rotten in American jurisprudence.

Your math is off, he is only 69 and his health must have plummeted lately, he used neither a cane nor a wheelchair before these charges came up. Of course we see it all the time, people's health always quickly deteriorates anytime they face criminal charges. I think it is likely just a sympathy ploy.

its probably because he was tortured in jail for months .coulden't see his family ,coulden't see his lawyer or their kids. Muller and the 14 vipers he put on his team should be treated in the same fasion.

Mental well being plays a key role in physical health. Many people who could otherwise live a longer life simply give up when faced with the prospects of going to prison and this frequently happen to individuals who are isolated, kept in a small cage without contact with loved ones or even someone else to talk with.

Mass murders are treated better than this white collar tax evader. If left in jail, he will not last long.... so the Democrats scored their gallon of blood..... good for you!

In the end, there is no smoking gun that can be used for your real target..... to impeach a legally elected president. And the prospects of you getting an impeachment get slimmer each day.

Totally rotten. This isolation that’s been put on Mamfort is inhumane. We wouldn’t be allowed to treat prisoners at Gitmo in this manner. We must treat all foreign prisoners more humanely.
