I've been saying for a long time that parents need to get their kids off the internet, period. It's not a safe place even for adults or new people coming on. Kids need to be outside with their friends, going roller skating, to the movies, playing baseball/kick ball in a field, climbing fences and trees, horseback riding. We did all that stuff. Growing up, my friends and I even caught the bus went to church! Our social media was our schoolmates and neighborhood friends and I had a ton of cousins to hang out with when we gathered at my grandmother's MOTHER'S house. Those were good dang days!
