In terms of MAGA it was when w****s could openly call Black shoe-shine boys “n****rs who knew their place” and when they could beat and rape their wives with impunity because they “owned their ass” and when they could run over and k**l a child with their car, but they weren’t responsible because they were drunk.

America was great when the rivers caught on fire because companies were allowed to dump anything they wanted in them with impunity.

America was great when raping your girlfriend was great fun and always her fault and there was no such thing as marital rape - no matter how many times you had to punch the b***h to get her to put out.

America was great when you could drive down the street in a car that got 10 miles to the gallon and laugh at the spics sweating in the garden.

America was great when you could beat the s**t out of a homosexual coming out of a gay movie theater and it was great fun.

America was great when you could proudly and openly wear your white hood and burn a cross on Martin Luther King’s lawn.

America was great when you could tell n****r jokes and everyone laughed.

Yup, the good old days when America was great.

I think we meant when, Leave it to Beaver, My Three Sons, and the Donna Reed shows reflected what the average middle-class family aspired to. I do recall the number one black comedy show in the fifties which was produced by b****s and starred b****s were canceled and all those funny people were put out of work.

Not sure who stirred up all the trouble but all the people I knew loved it. The NAACP and the ACLU threw a major hissy fit and it would about twenty years later before Sanford and Son was the next black comedy allowed on TV. The usual suspects come to my mind, Liberal DEMs. It started out on radio around 1923 and was the number one radio program, then went on TV in 1951 I think and ran about three years before it was yanked off the air as being demeaning to b****s. It was a comedy and it was funny, I never bought that excuse. I think they were too successful and b****s and w****s were getting along too well for some people (DEMs). The left just h**es when that happens. Plus the star who played Amos was from MS. and the left despises MS.

WWII was over, the economy was humming, Jackie Robinson was playing in the majors in 1947, b****s had distinguished themselves in WWII as patriots and pilots... something had to be done... so a race war was started and b****s have been dying and Democrat ever since. That's why they are walking away from your party and joining the GOP. LBJ, Margaret Sanger and PP, and the ACLU have decimated their families, k**led their babies, and removed their fathers, for power and v**es. You really are about to get your just desserts. If just five percent shift their v**es the DEMS will never win another e******n.

we got TV in 56 after moving to the cities.. never saw the Amos and Andy show..

Listened to it on radio.. have no idea why it would have left TV.. never saw a black tv show until the black and white detectives who played tennis... I think Bill Cosby was in that..

The book is a dull concoction of the final answer to creation vs evolution..

more then that, the answer to where we come from and where we are going..

May get some upset.. but it is fiction of course and not very good..

maybe the story could have worked in a short version, but the book is 500 pages or so..

dull,,,, do not recommend it for any fun reading..
