Why did Donald Trump’s Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta give a very lenient plea deal to Donald Trump’s friend, serial child rapist Jeffrey Epstein, when Acosta was a federal prosecutor?

Why did Trump reward Acosta a few years later by giving him a position in his cabinet?

These are questions that many people want answers to, and now it looks like we’re finally going to get those answers.

Earlier this month the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) opened an investigation into the Epstein-Acosta case. The DOJ is looking into whether federal attorneys, including Acosta, committed professional misconduct in Epstein’s criminal case.

And now House Democrats have also asked new Attorney General William Barr to reopen the criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, based on a recent ruling by a federal judge that Epstein’s plea deal was illegal.

According to the Miami Herald:

“Fourteen Democratic members of Congress have asked the U.S. attorney general to reopen the criminal investigation into Jeffrey Epstein, the 66-year-old Palm Beach hedge fund manager accused of sexually trafficking underage girls.”

“The group, led by Florida Democrats Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Lois Frankel, and Jackie Speier of California, asked President Donald Trump’s new attorney general, William Barr, to reopen the controversial non-prosecution agreement under which Epstein and a group of unidentified co-conspirators received federal immunity for sex trafficking crimes.”

“The deal, negotiated by then-Miami U.S. Attorney Alexander Acosta — who is now President Donald Trump’s labor secretary — allowed Epstein to plead guilty in state court to two felony prostitution charges. He served 13 months in the Palm Beach County jail, but had his private driver pick him up at the jail six days a week to go to his downtown office in West Palm Beach as part of an unusual work-release arrangement.”

William Barr’s response to this request will tell us a lot about how he will do his job as Trump’s attorney general. But this new development is about something much more important than just William Barr.

If the Epstein case is now brought back into the public eye we’re about to learn the details of Donald Trump’s involvement with Epstein’s sex parties with young teenage girls — and also about the president’s involvement in the coverup of Epstein’s crimes.

There is no question Jeffrey Epstein should go to prison for the rest of his life. But it’s not clear that House Democrats or the DOJ can make that happen.

But we do know this: House Democrats have decided to focus on the Epstein-Acosta-Trump scandal. If William Barr and the Department of Justice don’t give them the information they’ve requested they will start holding hearings.

If they do, the Democrats are likely to subpoena Labor Secretary Acosta and grill him in public during televised hearings.

Democrats — and the American people — want to know why Acosta gave such a sweetheart deal to a serial child rapist that was no more than a slap on the wrist.

They also want to know why Donald Trump rewarded Acosta with a cabinet job.

If these public, televised hearings show that Donald Trump was involved with Epstein’s multiple rapes of underage girls, then this is entire affair about to get much more ugly, and much more politically dangerous for the president.

It may even be enough for him to lose support among Evangelical Christians. But that remains to be seen.

Imagine you are the parent of a fifteen year old girl who is enrolled in a beauty pageant and you find out that a loud mouthed lecherous pervert wandered around the dressing room oggeling her when she was naked and vulnerable. Most of us would punch the guys lights out before turning him over to the police. Sadly no ne did and many in this country ignored his well documented p********a and v**ed for him.

Good grief - Democrats projecting again. It’s Billy Boy and Hildabeast that were regular visitors to Epstein’s Island. Trump and his Justice Department have been cleaning out the child, drug and prostitute traffickers. You can check out on the DOJ website the number of arrests and busts that have been made.

This is just the Dems trying to get ahead of and trying to claim credit for the good work President Trump has been doing.

When Hildabeasts friends, the Podestas go down, and Huma Abadin’s ‘amnesty’ gets reviewed and revoked - then some really nasty stories will come out.

We will start to see the Dems exposed.

Waiting on? As in waiting to jail Hillary et al?

For the Mueller report to be published. Any move before then will be taken by Dems as obstruction or some other damn fool thing.

Focus...Epstein and Acosta, real, in our faces. Why did Acosta go so light and why would Trump give this guy a cabinet position? Problematic for trump is the FACT that he had a modeling agency that handled underage girls, and he had underage girls at his parties. Those facts do not go away.

The Dems that bring accusation may wish to withdraw it. Many of these people may have been involved in a pedophilic activity connected to Satanism. Mr. Barr probably has enough of this kind of evidence to hang them all.

I first learned about the newest rape lawsuit against Donald Trump from a New York real estate website. The website itself is small, but the allegations are massive.
"Defendant Trump tied plaintiff to a bed, exposed himself to plaintiff, and then proceeded to forcibly rape plaintiff," the suit, filed in New York District Court on June 20, said. "During the course of this savage sexual attack, plaintiff loudly pleaded with defendant Trump to stop but with no effect."
The court documents tell the story of a 13-year-old girl hired in 1994 to attend private sex parties in New York City. The parties were said to be hosted by billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, who was convicted in 2008 of soliciting prostitution from underage girls.
The suit also claims that Trump attended at least four of these parties. At each of these, the suit alleges, he initiated sexual contact with the 13-year-old. At one of them, he violently raped her.

https://thinkprogress.org/jeffrey-epstein-sex-offender-lawsuit-donald-trump-bill-clinton-lolita-express-98886e15c076/

This is why convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein is back in the news

Trump told New York Magazine about his relationship with Epstein in 2002.

“I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He’s a lot of fun to be with,” Trump said at the time. “It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it: Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”

Nonetheless, Epstein was only required to plead guilty to one count of soliciting prostitution from an underaged girl in 2008. This “extraordinary plea agreement” forced him to register as a sex offender and reach financial settlements with many of his accused victims, but kept him out of federal prison for the rest of his life.

Epstein’s legal team included Alan Dershowitz, the prominent attorney who has become an outspoken supporter of Trump, and Ken Starr, who led the Whitewater investigation of Clinton and later resigned as president of Baylor University after numerous allegations of sexual misconduct were handled by the school.

The Miami Herald also explained how Epstein’s plea agreement shielded him from his victims.

As part of the arrangement, Acosta agreed, despite a federal law to the contrary, that the deal would be kept from the victims. As a result, the non-prosecution agreement was sealed until after it was approved by the judge, thereby averting any chance that the girls — or anyone else — might show up in court and try to derail it.
