because green politics is the stated nature of steyer's PAC. if he can't get the lead out from Cummings and others he can sponsor another candidate race and collect more I.o.u.'s.
But this time on a pure basis of green concerns. Lots of PacificNorthwest v**ers will support that at the polls.
