Rachel Maddow used one of Trump’s properties to show how the President Of The United States has committed felony bank fraud.
Rachel Maddow said:

We believe these financial statements have been through the hands of the FBI and therefore they have been seen by federal prosecutors. We’ve now got Cohen’s blunt under oath assertions as to what those financial documents were used for if Deutsche Bank is handing over documents to the congressional committees then presumably we’ll know if Michael Cohen was right in his testimony yesterday. And if these documents were in fact used in a loan application to Deutsche Bank or used with insurance companies or any other financial institutions.

Clearly, there appears to be something wrong with the 2012 financial statement. Clearly, that is not a $291 million property as nice as it may seem. I say it’s not a $291 million property not because I can tell at a glance when a property is worth, I say that because that’s what Donald ---MORE-----

Because the Clinton cash never ran afoul of big banks right?
How come $500,000 speeches to former President and Hill-Eye Clinton don't constitute collusion with Rushians_?
Because everybody knows that for the Clintons, talk is cheap.

And she did not even cover the flip side of this that's even easier to prosecute and go after... tax fraud, with all of these wildly disparate values, what did he claim for tax purposes? As a business model Trump challenges the tax valuation for tax purposes. As Cohen outlined, he took a resort (three named) and used a value of $50 million for bank purposes, which by the way is subject to being checked with an appraisal, and claimed "no more than $5 million" for tax purposes.

Trump has done the same exact game on every property he can get away with it on.

And here is something covered here and there but not pushed, his Trump DC post office location, is a building leased from the government. He ran the project with a set of values used for loans and refurbishing costs, then challenged a major change in value that would apply to tax and lease purposes, saying it was worth way less than the real values. The person involved in the management of the property on behalf of the government is a major conflict of interest being appointed by Trump. We will be hearing more on that.
