F schmucks? No offense. I suppose since Bobjob uses the F letter, it doesn't count like the F word.

If his real-life character is anything like what he posts, he's probably never met anyone who would afford him the opportunity to F, so he probably doesn't know what the "word" means, anyway.

Now, now, Bad Bob, don't be jealous just because I never had to move into my mother's basement.

You listen as well as Tucker, once again, not talking about outdated muskets, personally a silencer on any gun like that makes no sense, why, to what end? I'm not convinced it's possible with rapid firing weapons.

You mean it makes no sense to you. They are loud even with good ear protection.

Absolutely right. We already have background checks. The gunh**ers use this lie to keep from calling this bill what it actually is. And that is a National Gun Registry which they would need later for gun confiscations.

No sense to me? OK Rose, I didn't see it from that perspective, point taken, then it should only be sold and allowed by military or armed forces.

When someone posts something saying they are going to go to school and k**l people... time to go take the guns out of their household. False claims are actually easier to counteract than credible allegations are.

My sister was ripping off the estate that she was executor of. She was pissed off about my brother and I challenging her legally. She filed a report that I had threatened to k**l her or my father, he had dementia so bad that she could say anything she wanted about what he said or didn't. I had two cops show up on my door in high alert mode because she had represented that I was a dangerous hothead with a lot of guns and that I was subject to "going off".

They talked with me for an hour, my wife came home. Their questions centered on my history and whether I'd ever had any incidents of threatening or acting in a violent manner. I told them about a bar fight that I'd been put in jail for and that I had simply responded to someone attacking me and effectively won having severely hurt the guy. They had the record, and it was the only incident involving violence.

They actually left on good terms, and said they were going to talk to the DA about filing a felony false report on my sister.

That situation would have had a different outcome had I had a history of gun related violence and threats. The fact of the matter is that we need to be weeding people with histories like that out. People who are hotheads and unstable do not have a right to have guns.

Why is that, Morgan? Have you ever heard a "silenced"weapon in real life? I didn't think so. Why should silencers be limited to the military?
Here is a table giving the decibels produced by various causes. A silencer at best will reduce this noise by half. That's a damn good, very expensive silencer.

After this technical jargon, here is a table of loudness.

db Environmental noise
0 Threshold of hearing
10 Normal breathing
20 Rusting leaves
30 Whisper at 30 feet
40 Quiet street
50 Interior home noise
60 Conversation
70 Crowded restaurant
75 Kitchen appliances
80 City traffic
85 Hearing damage possible
90 Lawn mower
100 Chain saw
120 Threshold of pain
120 Siren
134 .22 LR rifle
140 Jet engine at take-off
150 .410 shotgun
152 .22 LR pistol
153 20 gauge shotgun
155 .223 rifle
155 .25 pistol
156 12 gauge shotgun
156 .30-.30 rifle
156 .308 rifle
156 .44 Special revolver
157 .22 Magnum pistol
157 .45 ACP pistol
158 .380 ACP pistol
158 .38 Special revolver
159 .30-06
160 9mm Para pistol
163 .41 Magnum revolver
164 .357 Magnum revolver
164 .44 Magnum revolver
No wonder why the damn Glock sounded louder than my Bigmouth at the range!

Where do you get that idea? Murderers have done just fine without silencers.

Ever shot a gun? I used to target shoot. A silencer would have been great for some rounds.

Go watch another TV show. You have no idea what you are talking about. Neither do they. I'll just bet you can tell me how many silenced guns were used in crimes last year.

I can tell you. Exactly.

Murderers don't need silencers; but Liberals need brains.

Morgan, you have obviously never even seen a suppressor, let alone heard a suppressed weapon fired, except in the movies where all you hear is a dull thud or a "spit."

In reality, that's not the case. Believe me, you can hear the shot at some distance, just muted somewhat.

Many non-murderers actually use them at the range to soften the decibel count, making the shots less deafening.

Certain submachineguns, such as some manufactured by H&K and one or two by Sig Sauer, incorporate suppressors that are a little more effective for k*****g sound.

Awhile back, I fired a few rounds through a Sig P226, chambered in .40, with a Gemtech Trinity suppressor and anyone a good half block's distance away who couldn't hear anything would have had to be stone deaf.

Don't believe everything you see in the movies or everything you read in anti-2nd Amendment literature.

Ya know Morg, my fav lil lady I agree with you on this point! Surprised ya huh? Being a shooting sports enthusiast since my time in the Corps, owning several pistols, shot & long guns and even a SKS, AR-15 and an AK-47, all semi-auto and scary looking, but that's beside the point. This so called Universal Background Check will be a joke. We have had that law here in Colorado since the dim's took over the state a few years back including private person to person t***sfers. This law is easily circumvented simply because people don't disclose a sale or private purchase to authorities and if one wants to abide by this silly law they merely go out of state to WY, UT, KS or NM to conduct their business. If the dims truly wanted to deprive crazy people (which I agree with) firearms why didn't the write the bill as such? This craziness won't make it through the Senate and if by some miracle it does, President Trump will certainly veto it.

I often ask you libs to name one NRA member who has committed a mass shooting, and all I hear is crickets~~~
