Facts like checks, and bank records that show dates and where money came from? Facts like telling Cohen to invoice the payments covering Daniels and calling them services so they can be illegally claimed on taxes as business expenses? Facts like records on misusing foundation funds? Facts like misrepresenting property values...otherwise known as fraud, both on the bank end overvaluing and the tax end undervaluing?

No need for trust, the things he is talking about come with easy to find paper trails, simple proofs.
Cohen for the most part just helped create a list of things we already know that the house intelligence would have already been all over if they hadn't done so much obstructing investigations and refusing to follow logical questions.

Which is irrelevant to a dozen other things he did do pertaining to the Trump Moscow deal... the main thing Trump did there was repeatedly lie. A defense of there being nothing wrong is irrelevant to the lies.
So he didn't go to Prague, he certainly can prove there were clear business plans in motion.
