As far as getting a reduction in prison time, he can not get any from this testimony..

However, the ongoing investigation by the NYSD or wh**ever it is called, which is the court which found him guilty, he is still cooperating with them and if he is really helpful, then an article 35 may be offered and if accepted could reduce his 3 years by some degree..
