Can you say you have not heard him say there was no affair... no NDA... no payment on an NDA... Knew nothing about a payment on the NDA... Knew nothing about Cohen paying for the NDA... no campaign or foundation funds were used.

And I will point something out here, Trump's accountant who signed checks wrote a check to Cohen from an account that would be illegal if it was reimbursing him for the NDA payment, the only thing to be proved which it looks like already can be.

Those like myself are just more open to the reality of following the evidence...follow the money as they say. The NDA money Cohen paid Trump's porn star has a paper trail, it was paid back to him from some account, and it looks like the account that was used is problematic from a legal standpoint.

I am still an american when evidence supports the fact that we were right from the start. Just because someone already makes up their mind doesn't make them wrong.

When people believe Trump, and others believe he did the crimes, the proof is in the evidence. Money leaves paper trails when criminals use accounts that are illegal.

Well let's see - - the government raided Cohen's office, and I suspect that nothing was hidden because they never expected such a thing to occur - - a lawyer, after all, privilege, etc etc.

But it was decided that very little of the seized material was privileged, as the special master determined that the largest majority was not attorney-client in the legal sense.

We don't yet know what the documentation revealed, but Mueller does, and the courts do. Whether tRump and/or the Right think of Cohen as a rat is immaterial. If his testimony is backed up with accurate documentation, that's all that should be cared about.

Cohen was and I suppose still is a snake. He served as a bag man and mouthpiece for a criminal and he was brought to justice for doing so. One of the things that is great about our justice system is that it gives criminals the opportunity to redeem themselves and pay their debt to socoiety. Part of that rehabilitation is coming clean for your crimes and assisting the prosecutors in bringing your accomplices to justice. Cohen has humbly and publicly taken personal responsibility for his mistakes, apologized to his nation and family for committing crimes at the bequest of Trump, and is assisting authorities in the investigation and prosecution of his accomplices. He may still be a world class turd but he is twice the man Trump will ever be.
