This one is just too good, especially for those who dislike Carry as much as I do. I love the way he tries to avoid answering Paul's question in politician double talk. Also, I love how often he uses the favorite word of his boss, Barack Obama, when talking about spending money. Yes, he seems to have become enamored of the word, investment, even when talking about money given to foreign governments.

You need to read Paul's questions and then see Carry's answers on the video. Please realize that the first time I have spelled the name of the SEC. of State properly since 2004 since I so loved how the soldiers in Iraq spelled it in the sign asking Jon Carry to please help them get out of Iraq.
