I don't know if I would be sure about that. Russia has them and China has them also. I'm fairly certain that we have them already. Usually when our government admits that they're going to start a project it has already been in place for a decade or two. Like the space weapons that we now possess. Like the rods of God. It's been suspected we have already used them on China but they in turn use them on us at an Army Depot in the northwest Territory. How much t***h is behind it I'm not sure I didn't see it happen. I heard about it the same way we all hear things.

I had a compartmentalized top secret clearance in nuclear missile systems, and know a bit more about deployment and actuarial statistics than most. This is one of my main concerns and has been for some time I've done a lot of research on it. It would be too easy for them to do. And it wouldn't take very long either. It would put this country back into the Dark Ages per se. But ever since I was a boy scout before I became a guardsman I learned all the talents and sk**ls that people used prior to the discovery of electricity. Hunting Fishing tanning food preservation building shelters. I have my own plans for an underground bunker cabin that would impress the s**t out of anybody. It would take 12 to 20 men to put together and would take about three months to finish. I hope it doesn't get to that. Talentless people need not reply. I learned all these sk**ls in hopes I would never need them. Been at it for almost 40 years. Good luck everybody

It makes no sense that Russia would publish their targets if they had attack plans. It isn't like here where nothing is sacred or secret.
