Why is diesel now more expensive than gasoline? It used to be protected as our nation with our truckers, literally, runs on it. If diesel goes up, all deliveries cost more and all prices go up.
Nothing makes sense anymore. Our leaders make no sense. Our president treads water as if someone might save him. Our Congress works against the American people. Both entities refuse to enforce our laws. Both remain at odds with the wishes of the American people.

And when I read your questions I could literally feel your disappointment in the circumstances we find ourselves in. I too am bewildered and discouraged.

Kilsoy congrats you hit it. Why all those problems left and right foolishness that now are afraid to address the real problem. With the Roberts court striking down campaign finance laws this country is going to be controlled by big corporate money and foreign influence without accountability can now filter money into politics. Because the donation are confidential. It's not Obama it's big money. Look at now all we talk about is conspiracy. We have a tea party that loves this stuff. Take for example Sheldon Adilson 54% of his billions come from China casinos. You can't tell me that the 150 million he is going to inject into our political process is not China money . Look at the Koch brothers how many countries do the do business with they injected &00 million last year in a lot of local and federal e******ns. How many large corporation that do business world wide that we don 't even know who they are. Unless we have campaign finance we will never get the Conservative party back as I knew it.

One has to wonder what moves people, who it seems are sane, to continue supporting and covering Obama who will go down in history as the most disruptive, most ill-prepared, most secretive, most d******e, most dangerous President in American history.
His accomplishments would be better kept quiet as most of them are anti-American and based on hidden reasons that do not bode well for American citizens. No President but Obama would ever be proud of destroying his country. No one but a fellow traveler on the dark side of morality could possibly WANT to defend him.
I find it funny that the liberals who campaigned so hard to have Obama as their leader and get him elected are disappointed in his leadership. They got what they wanted, but not what they expected. You are both right on the money. Unfortunately. I too, am discouraged, and have no solutions that would work. The repairs are going to get harder and harder as the younger generation gets more and more bad education and no valid frame of reference that might help them solve their problems. Those of us who are getting on in years know we are leaving the country to a younger generation which is well indoctrinated and badly educated.

Where in the Constitution is the Supreme Court granted authority to decide on the Constitutionality of a Law? I think it just sort of claimed it. (Marbury v Madison, 1803 ), and there was another case in, I think, 1794. I'll have to look it up.

With a Nation of some 350 million people, each an individual and each intent upon their own needs and wants - we have 350 million different agendas. Even coalitions, groups and parties work at cross purposes. Political parties no longer seek what is best for the nation, they seek only what will get the most v**es - to gain power.
