I'm on a private island now. Dense fog for days and chilly weather. I love it. Ocean and fog, and no WiFi reliability. No guarantee when the WiFi will stop, or start again.

Actually, it hasn't been that bad. Only 40mph, or so. Just sucks to go outside.

It has rained for the last 4 days, and the creeks are overflowing. This morning I think I heard a far away voice saying "How long can you tread water?" But it is not snow, so that is one good thing.

Wind here today is 35-40 mph with gusts up to 60. I went out and couldn't determine whether it was blowing or sucking so I turned 90 degrees to the right and decided it was blowing since it was in my face against where I was walking. Had I turned left it would have been sucking since it would have been to my back taking me where I was going.

Georgia here and we have a winter of rain and I will not curse the rain because I don't want to have a drought. Deal with what you have and be thankful it isnt worse

Here in Illinois it rained all day yesterday and we are in a flood watch where I live. Now we have a 30-40 west wind with temps heading back to single digits. Pretty typical February Illinois weather.
