This isn't new, with regards to false claims made by "black" homosexuals boys. I have a case file on and against them. I didn't know that Smollett was a homosexual, until the full story break out. This is common practice in the "Black", and Latino, and some "white" homosexual boys. They are liars from the pit of hell, respectfully. They are concern with the coming setback in the current Administration, so they are seeking the public sympathy. All based on lies, fraud and deceit. I recently removed them all from involvement in my life in the human service community. It's extremely sad, for their community and the good ones. I have a State of New York Attorney General Complaint against the "Black" homosexual community, and they have been identified as a terrorist sleeper cell and cult. They can't be trusted, in no shape, form or fashion. I am not "anti gay" just pro t***h. They are use to making false claims and charges, because they are above the law, and their number one supporters are "white", "black", and Latino females, and i don't deal with anyone of these females. They are controlled by the homosexual elite. And everyone can find the female role in "gay revolutionary" Act. ◾Why are some members of the top brass of the Chicago PD being so polite and almost apologetic to Smollett? Didn’t he just waste thousands of hours of police time in Chicago? Didn’t he almost push a nationwide race war?
◾Why is Fox still defending Smollett? Are people in the Empire production crew involved in helping Smollett help stage the h**x to boost the success of the flailing Empire show, which has plummeted in ratings?
◾Where is the apology from CNN, MSNBC, The Atlantic and other radical left-wing media propagandists who pushed this h**x in the first place? So far there are zero apologies and zero retractions. Why is that? And why does Google News continue to promote the very same news sources that repeatedly h**x America with lie after lie? (And why does the NewsGuard browser plug-in give its highest rankings for the news sources that publish the most outrageous lies?)

The 'Empire' actor has been accused of faking a h**e crime.
A Chicago grand jury on Friday indicted Empire actor Jussie Smollett on 16 felony counts for allegedly lying to police about a supposed h**e crime attack.

A request for more information from the Cook County State's Attorney's Office was not immediately returned, but the indictment reads, in part, "Jussie Smollett knew that at the time … there was no reasonable ground for believing that such offenses had been committed,” according to section cited by CBS Chicago News.

A request for comment from Smollett's attorneys was not immediately returned.

The actor was charged last month with felony disorderly conduct and released on $100,000 bail.

The actor reported in late January that he had been viciously attacked by two men who yelled pro-Donald Trump remarks mixed with r****t and h********c language.

Chicago detectives later determined that the Empire actor allegedly set up the highly publicized attack to further his career.

Smollett was subsequently arrested and charged with a felony in the case.

Smollett and his attorneys maintain the actor has anything to do with the assault other than being the victim of a h**e crime.

According to police, two brothers helped Smollett orchestrate the faux assault and are now working with detectives to build the department's case against the actor.

Smollett did one interview with Good Morning America's Robin Roberts after the assault report but has since gone off the radar, only speaking through his attorneys.

The actor is due back in court from the disorderly conduct charge on March 14.

In another aspect of the case, Chicago police have opened an internal investigation to determine who leaked information about the Smollett case, the department confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter on Friday.

"I would like to point out that a lot of the information out there was inaccurate and there were numerous agencies involved in this investigation," Sgt. Rocco Alioto said in a statement to THR. "As a standard procedure when there are allegations of information being leaked, an internal investigation has been opened and we are also looking at our vulnerabilities."
