I don't think putin was trying to incite trumpy's base. He was warning the US not to put missle's aimed at Russia in eastern Europe. I think trumpy should heed his warning but that would prove to moonbats with TDS that trumpy does take orders from putin. Moonbats with TDS have no logic.
