When Mexico manufactors import items to the US they just charge more for the goods and services so the consumer picks up the tab. Trump has his ignorant base believing that Mexico cuts the US a check to pay tariffs. No manufacturers pays the tariff and just charge the consumer.

Then for 2 years the toddler had 100% control over congress he could have gotten his $28 billion no problem. As a matter of fact he was offered $24 billion and turned it down. Not one word out of the toddlers mouth for 2 years. Where was the national emergency did it just happen yesterday.

Then Democrats clobbered him in the mid terms. The Russian investigation heating up. His campaign staff flipping on him there all pleading guilty. Manafort in jail and getting ready to be sentenced to 19 years in prison. Cohen on his way to jail. Flynn on his way to jail. He needed a diversion to keep his ignorant base in line.
