You are hitting the pipe again...Mueller had to prove to a judge that manafort was lying about issues that were material, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that Mueller has hard proof of several lies, otherwise he could never convince a judge.

So according to this article, the reason why we haven't heard any evidence of collusion is due to the rules Mueller must work under. So why do we hear so much on what has been uncovered on issues not related to collusion?
