If no one has guns, why do you think the criminal would be exempt? Look at the difference in gun laws, New York city limits with Millions of people, one of the highest, there is zero tolerance, because of it they are the third state with the lowest amount of mortality rate with firearms. While Alaska which parallels the wild west and with the smallest population has the highest. So now you can ponder that for a while and see if you can figure out that conclusion. Your insults don't do anything to validate your argument. I also never mentioned taking away guns. Looks like your needles stuck along with the rest of your ilks old rhetoric.

Alaska did have the most murders in 2016 per 100,000 citizens, however, it was only 45. Not that that’s not a lot, nor is it acceptable, but, it’s just not a huge number, to base a highly certain, factual, study on.

Chicago certainly can’t claim success, with their feeble attempt at gun control, although they call it among the nations strictest. New York’s Police Dept certainly does a better job than does Chicago’s, which helps keep offenders at bay on New York’s streets. Maybe they have a better relationship with the people on their beat, I don’t know, but something is different at a root level somewhere.
