It would take a constitutional amendment. take away guns. However if Trump gets away with his emergency declaration. Then in the future a President could make a emergency declaration and take away your guns so you better hope that Trump fails at his emergency declaration

This would be virtually "all guns" the halfa-d**e also was trying to limit ammo to 20 rounds a month.
