Schiff is a walking dead man. He's caught leaking and he knows it.
Trump could prosecute him or not. A LOT of them he could prosecute or not. This is leverage necessary to dig out as many embedded ticks as possible.
It's been Blackmail Washington since Klinton purloined everyone's FBI files so why not use the KKKK's tactics against them?
