As if it were not bad enough that openly homosexual people were in welcomed into the military, now the talk is that people who are confused about which sex they are are being encouraged to join the ranks of our fighting forces. But that appears as if it is the plan under consideration under Obama's leadership. It is bad enough that straight people have to shower and bunk with homosexuals that possibly lust after their bodies, but in the future they may have to bunk and shower with people of the opposite sex who, because of g****r confusion, believe they are of the opposite sex from the one their DNA and g*****ls indicate.. Of course there will be those who have had s*x c****e surgery so they appear to be of the other sex, no matter what their bone structure and DNA say they are. The only advantage to having male to female, surgically altered people in the military is that, because of the male bone structure, even though their g*****ls have been changed to appear more like the female g*****lia, has remained the same and they might be more likely to pass the strength physical tests required for women. You know the ones the military is trying to lower so they can get enough women in combat situations.

I can't speak for life in any other branch of the service, but I certainly have experience with military life in general and on a Navy destroyer specifically. I don't believe that the general population of the U.S. has a clue what life is like working in limited space quarters, under what can be very stressful conditions and further, exactly what being out to sea for an extended period of time can do to a person.

Before addressing the "g****r confused", I will provide some statistics on what has happned on naval combatants since allowing women to serve on them.

* Unintended pregnancies are even more common among women in the Navy than they are in the general population and they can be even more disruptive to their lives and careers.
* Operational pregnancies refer to those that happen when a woman is on sea duty. These present a bigger problem for the Navy as they can result in unplanned losses of manpower on a ship.
* The Alliance for National Defense explained in a 2005 paper: “From the 1940s into the mid-1970s, pregnancy and motherhood were considered incompatible with military service.”
* The official policies adopted since that time have focused on ensuring the health and safety of the woman and her child. Policies say that women should receive appropriate prenatal care and that they will not be assigned duties that would be hazardous to their pregnancy. The Navy also has a rule that pregnant service women must be within six hours of emergency medical care.

The change in rules, however, did not necessarily change attitudes as many still look at pregnancy as an unfair disruption to the military itself, especially if the woman is assigned to an operational or deployable unit. In fact, the official policies focus not just on the military’s responsibility to the woman but on her responsibility to it.
* The Alliance for National Defense explains:
There is a pervasive sense that if a woman has to be removed from a deployment due to pregnancy, it can cause that military unit to be “under manned” if that member is in a critical billet. The loss may create hardship on the remaining members of the unit if they must perform the work of the pregnant woman, and resentment can result.

I'll stop right there and say, just adding females to ships has given the Navy more headaches then they ever could have imagined. Men and women are just going to do what should come naturally for them, mate. This not only forces the military to address the health and welfare of one of its members, it now must also do that for the member's child.

The Navy has also found that women conveniently get pregnant right before a deployment, thereby precluding them from having to deploy with their unit. All of this certainly has an effect on the morale and attitudes of military members. Men, in the service of their country, have and will lay their lives down to protect America and our freedoms. Is asking them to "make way" for women who want to start families, homosexuals, lesbians, and possibly now, the mentally disturbed g****r confused going above and beyond? How has such a venerable organization as our Armed Forces, with such brave and selfless people who serve there, become a virtual "social petri dish"? There is a point that people can be pushed to where they just start pushing back. Our politicians better read our American history if they think a tyrannical government will just be quietly accepted. The military is known for its loyalty and allegiance to God, country and its leaders. What follows is a result of crossing that line of sensibility with our servicemen:

US Navy crew's mutiny against the 'Sea Witch' captain who ' belittled' them

"But today her career is in tatters. Capt Graf was relieved of her command after a top-level Navy investigation found that she had subjected her own crew to "cruelty and maltreatment". It found that she unleashed expletive-ridden tirades that demeaned and humiliated crew members - men as well as women - and she earnt a reputation as a captain who was feared, not respected."

I have news for you liberal types, the Navy's ideal crew members have to be respected too! I know that a shipboard crew has many ways to deal with those they don't or can't respect short of mutiny. The Army during the Vietnam War was known for something called fragging.

"In the United States military, fragging (from fragmentation grenade) refers to the act of murdering members of the military, particularly commanders of a fighting squad. Additionally, the term can be applied to manipulating the chain of command in order to have an individual, or unit, deliberately k**led by placing the personnel in harm's way, with the intended result being death. An example would be to order a soldier to perform a particularly hazardous task, and continue to repeat the order until the soldier met his demise."

Here's the crux of the liberal's problem, you may change the laws and force people to be outwardly tolerant of your perverted, immoral lifestyles, but you will never have the respect of the God fearing or, conservative and that really pisses you off! Get use to it and, a warning to you, when you finally cross that line, you won't ever see the retribution coming. If not from your fellow man, then surely from God.

So true and you only gave a few examples. I can think of many more problems having women aboard ship would cause. And in no way to denigrate women. I love women. But it is obvious the problems having men and women together on ship or during combat situations can cause. I totally agree with your views on gays in the military. They have no place among heterosexual men or women. They really have no place in our society, but at the least their behavior and lifestyle should be conducted in private behind closed doors so that it doesn't infect us, our families or loved ones. I don't have time to go into my beliefs on this subject but am tired of less than 2% of the population push their sickness onto the other 98% of us who would be better off without it. As far as demanding repeal of the homosexual ban, and now the t*********r ban the plan all along was to acknowledge the moral legitimacy of sodomitical acts. How will chaplains react when forced to perform homosexual or t*********r marriages, or be removed from the service?
The general conclusion of the parties favoring repeal seems to be that the on;y remaining problem is with the prejudices of the military not with anything that homosexuals do. In August 2010 General James Conway, former Marine corp commandant, said that "an overwhelming majority (of Marines) would like not to be roomed with a person who was openly homosexual. No one bothered to ask why they just preferred to claim it was an unfounded prejudice. The most prized character in the military is Masculinity or manliness. Many men enter the military exactly to test themselves, to become or discover if they are real men.

In the act of sodomy, homosexual men reject their masculinity, as sodomy is the antithesis of maleness. the other man willingly pretends he is a woman, which is the antithesis of maleness. When a heterosexual man is approached by a homosexual to engage in this charade, his natural reaction is outrage and disgust, as well it should be, which can easily turn to violence.Always having this threat in the back of your mind leads to major problems with troop unity. apparently none of this matters to the activists. Or perhaps it does, and that is their goal. It would seem to me that the latter is the correct answer and another reason to turn this country around.

Yes it causes anger and disgust among normal men and weakens our military. Every thing we do against God has severe consequences. God created us male and female in His image. He had given Adam everything, including the responsibility of caring for the Garden and even d******n over all the creatures and the honor of being able to name them. Adam expressed his need for a human partner and God created Eve, a beautiful woman help mate for Him. God later put forth a Holy covenant of one man married to one woman with God as the head of this Holy Covenant. When we follow His laws we are happy and blessed immeasurably with wonderful consequences. When we go against His laws we are cursed with negative far reaching consequences. Unfortunately our leaders tend to go against God and America is suffering in so many ways as a country. Thanks Rufus, I hope that digressing about women in the Navy here in a t*********r topic didn't sound too sexist. I love woman too. So do the manly men of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th Fleets and, the women love them back. I was attempting to draw a few parallels and wanted to illustrate that men and women in combat situations isn't the best idea ever hatched, but having gays and the t*********red is absolutely crazy!

Either we'll end up with all the normal men in the military getting together and making it their priority to "cull the herd" themselves so to speak. Or, we'll end up with a totally q***r and t*********red Armed Services that will just wave their white hanky at all America's threats both foreign and domestic?

I've already read some of the most current news stories about men being sexually assaulted by q***r men on U.S. military installations. Not that this hasn't happened before the repeal of "don't ask...", but it is "coming out" in more ways than one.

I can tell you first hand that an 18 - 21 year-old away from home for the first time is pretty vulnerable. All I had to worry about way back when, was staying away from what was known as the "titty bars" and the manly looking prostitues.

We felt pretty safe on base or ship, guess that's out the window now, thank you President A-bomination! Now that's sure is progressive change we can count on.

All very good points NPP. I'm just stunned at how fast the gay agenda has permeated seemingly all aspects of American life. The Federal government has rejected traditional marriage, thereby directly attacking our existing societal values regarding marriage for procreation and family life. They have done this inspite of what any state's v**ers (will of the people) have mandated. That's is certainly a definition of a tyrannical government in my book.

The Feds first, under the other i***t democrat president Bill (oral sex isn't sex) Clinton, enacted the "don't ask, don't tell" military policy. Only to be thoroughly outdone by the most moronic president in American history B.O., who repealed that and, is now forcing our Armed Services to just wholly accept this perversion.

According to the latest statistics I read, the rate of rape in the military has gone up significantly in the last five years, and now 53% of the reported rapes are men raping men. Think about it, as far as I know HIV tests are not allowed to be required before being inducted into the military, so what is going to happen to the spread of HIV aids in the armed forces? Correct me if I am wrong and HIV tests are allowed or mandatory. I know that if a person is raped, it is a violation of the rapists "rights" to force him to be tested, but that is in the civilian world, not the military.

I couldn't agree with you more. I have so much respect for our military and always have. When I see our brave men and women soldiers in public I always take time to thank them for their service. I pray for them too, not often enough, I need to work on that.
I never questioned whether our traditional men in the armed forces loved women. It is sad because until this recent flood of gay propaganda no one would have questioned men loving women.
I think part of the problem with America's overall decline is that democrats on the left do not and cannot understand reason and logic. If you try to show them something using reason and logic it is like you are talking to a brick wall. Simply amazing.
I do feel sorry for our young people who choose to serve because they love this country and their family and are willing to sacrifice so much for the rest of us. They sign up and go in with worthy goals and ambitions to make this world a better place only to have to deal with homosexuals, women who are placed in positions that put them in danger and compromising positions and a government that does more to undermine them rather than support them.
I believe we have the best of the best and the bravest, most honorable generation of men and women who join willingly because they believe in what they are doing. But we have a government who doesn't. This bothers me deeply.
I understand our soldiers are not allowed to openly voice their opinion of the Liar in Chief but wouldn't you despise being under his command. How would you feel as a dedicated soldier when your Liar in Chief leads from behind, gives the enemy ground you and your fellow soldiers fought and died for only to become a much stronger enemy stronghold, alienates Americans all over the world, refuses to support our allies, apologizes for what you have done, is anti- Israel, claims we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation, won't call terrorists terrorists. I understand the concept of having civilian and military cooperation when deciding how to best use our military but I'm afraid we have gone too far with the civilian input. The military should take the lead in deciding how to govern and implement its day to day operations without being forced to have q***rs in the ranks or putting men and women together in areas that jeopardize our overall effectiveness and compromise our safety.
Let me mention one more thing while we are on the subject of the military. I'm sure you've seen where the VA put our vets on a list and denied them medical help. I believe of all Americans our active military and vets should be given priority for medical care even over our civilian women, children and elderly for the sacrifice they make when they vow to protect the rest of us here at home.

You know, people are still locked up in nut houses today because they "feel" that they're Napoleon or God? No judge anywhere or at anytime exclaimed they were entitled to a name change, let alone afforded treatment as such.

I have a solution though, I'm going to petition to be recognized as the Lord God, knowing now that I'll be entitled to the name change and treatment as such then, open a can of "whoop-ass" on all these liberal, crazier then the crazy bureaucrats and judges and purge them from our land.

God does not make mistakes. If someone is born male or female then it is because He ordained it. And we all know He didn't create Adam and Steve.
