While thinking about El Chapo's sentence, might want to consider his track record of escaping prison. Maybe better double handcuff him to a huge immovable object. While you are at it, better see who is visiting and lurking outside and under the prison. With the kind of bucks he controls he can bribe any number of folks to get him out. I doubt he serves much time. Should be executed ASAP.

Most of his escapes were buying the jailors and allowed to escape(?). I doubt he will escape from federal custody.
