I’ve been inside the Midland, TX Wal Mart several times. It was closed for months. Another old unit that needed fixing just like the Walmart here in my town that needs an overhaul. Not because I needed to buy anything but because I was looking. I saw NOTHING that would support that WalMart as being set up for conversion to a FEMA processing center..........
