Building the wall would be a great achievement for our Army Corps Engineers. And yes they have dealt with water, rivers,oceans, and drainage ditches before with no problem.

Place uprights close enough together that they can't squeeze through. Water will squeeze through as it is liquid and you can run that type of wall far enough on either side of the river so as to make it impossible for those Mexicans to get through and then go solid wall after that.

It's foolish, how will he be able to get the kickbacks from contractors? It makes little sense as far as how he opperates.
