It looks like Roberts is going to assume Kennedy's swing v**e position as he sided with Liberals on the court to block Louisiana's new a******n law that would have left only one doctor in Louisiana to perform all of the state's a******ns. This was a critical defeat for conservatives who badly desire unwanted children to be born so they can deny them government benefits as they grow older.
