Trumpy's Chickens Are Coming Home to Roost

As I have posted many times trumpy's and the repulsives tax cuts for the wealthy and mega-corporations was not going to help the middle and working class. Now that tax season has arrived many are realizing that the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 was a s**m for the vast majority of taxpayers while only helping the wealthy and mega-corporations. Middle class taxpayers are finding out that instead of their usual refund, with no changes in income because wages are NOT rising as lied about, they OWE MORE TAXES!

Things are beginning to look really, really bad for this country. When the realities of trumpy's tax s**m sets in, trumpy's chances of re-e******n in 2020 will go down the drain and the dim-o-craps will have NO ONE better.

"Even though the 2017 GOP tax cut is leading to spiking federal deficits thanks to its generous benefits to corporations, many middle-class Americans are winding up having to pay more because the bill eliminated multiple deductions used by middle-class families to lower their annual tax payments.

Among other things, the tax bill ended deductions for taxes paid to state and local governments, while massively increasing the amount of money you must donate to qualify for a charitable giving deduction."

Thanks to @realDonaldTrump and @GOP tax bill, my family was just hit with the largest tax increase in our lives by them getting rid of itemized deductions like mortgage interest on federal taxes.

I’ve been a loyal conservative, v****g Republican since I could v**e.

What a joke!

Very imilar scenario for us. We owe for the first time in my adult life. And there is nothing to show for it - no assistance with healthcare costs, no meaningful increase in SS, nothing

Last year I got a tax refund. This year, with unchanged salary, I owe $1300.

I’m middle class.

Yet the very wealthy got huge cuts.

I find it not surprising at all that those that thought trumpy's tax cuts for the wealthy and mega-corporations (that are still swimming in $1.5 TRILLION in cash) were going to be so wonderful for the middle and working class have not commented. They must be of the wealthy class.

As Leona Helmsley said, "Taxes are for the little people."

The federal government is no longer subsidizing State taxes. Your federal taxes have gone down, but no State and local deductions. Talk to your State representatives. It's their taxes now that you are complaining about.
Trump lowered taxes, the States did not.

Tell that to those that have to write a check to the IRS this year that haven't in years, yet their incomes did not increase.

But the rich can still deduct their private jets and its maintenance along with their large "charitable donations" that push them over the standard deduction.

It was/is glaringly obvious the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 was designed to favor the wealthy and corporations.

Most people don't pay any federal income tax. So their tax cut is moot anyway.

Wrong! It is more like 40%, not 51%, which IS NOT most. Those that earn so little that they owe no federal INCOME TAX STILL PAY 15.3% of their gross income in social Security and Medicare taxes along with other FEDERAL taxes.

Why are those with incomes over $132,400 in 2019 exempt from paying Social Security taxes on income above that? For every $1 MILLION in income above the cut off of $132,400 they save $122,000. Those poor bastards NEED that private jet deduction and their charity donation s**ms.

Yes, we do.
Social security and Medicare come back to you as an investment dividend.
Live long enough and you can get more out of it than you paid into it.
I always did better worrying about my own money than disparaging other people's money.
I will dispute your 40% of tax exempt citizens.

Then why are they telling me that my investment is running out of money?

http://www.factcheck.org/2008/11/americans-paying-no-taxes/

"In 2007, before the economy turned down, 40 percent of households did not owe federal income tax. This figure more closely reflects the percentage that do not owe income tax in normal economic times.

When all federal, state, and local taxes are taken into account, the bottom fifth of households pays about 16 percent of their incomes in taxes, on average. The second-poorest fifth pays about 21 percent
