Friday was a bad day in certain media and political precincts as the labor market turned in another gangbuster performance in January. The recession may not be imminent after all, and more people are working and making more money. Apologies to Senators Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren and the writers at Bloomberg for the good news...

Thank you for that lindajoy. Even CNBC's 'Market Insider' described the January,2019 labor market as "scorching" despite the government shutdown! 304,000 jobs were added in January and manufacturing data was stronger than expected. Consumer sentiment also exceeded expectations.
To be fair I'm thinking apologies need to go out to a lot more Democrats for such a rosy outlook.

You, dearKevyn, is the clueless buffoon. What exactly do you hope to gain with the far left? You’ll get just what we all get.

The economic momentum has rallied more people to be a part of active workforce in the US. It is not a surprise to see a swelling in the labor force numbers (i.e. the pool of people working or looking for work). This number increased by 601,000 in June 2018, the biggest increase since February 2018.
A significant reason behind this increase is the number of people who were re-entering the workforce. The report shows that 200,000+ of those people were re-entering the labor force. An interesting aspect of this statistic is that this number is one of the highest of the past 4 years. Such high numbers were last reported in 2014.https://www.jobspikr.com/blog/top-reasons-for-job-growth-in-the-usa/

Carol, It's best to let these far left wackos just be. In their blind hatred for Trump the lefty-libs have lost their way. Only other irrational people listen to them. People like Kevny, kemmer, rumitoid, Bad Bob, woodglue, etc.
Newton's third law says that for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction in order to stay in equilibrium.

While these lib-loonies are predictably opposed to Trump, they are no longer content to be in equilibrium. Their reactions are way past an equal reaction. Meaning there won't be an equilibrium any more.
They were all in for border walls when Obama was president. Now they're immoral and for open boarders. A******ns were previously ok since they would be safe, legal and rare, Now the new standard is infanticide, after the baby is born and has been comforted. They're for Medicaid for all, free college, tax rates for the wealthy over 70%.
Trump and his admirable results have pushed them over the edge.
I'm thinking tomorrow's SOTU address will be the nail in their coffin.
So carry on leftys. Keep it up. 2020 isn't that far away. The e*****rate will decide. MAGA!!!

In reality it's people needing to work more jobs because jobs being put on are not good jobs, which are being lost as companies shut down and cut back. Lose a good job and you'll need two to try to keep up.

Its on the internet. I don't make false claims. I read it somewhere, so if you're so good at research, do some. Get away from the goofy little cartoons for a change. I do remember there was a $57 bottle of scotch, and a $98 bottle of brandy listed on the receipt that was posted.

Perhaps you've never researched the backstory about Nancy Pelosi and what a lush she is. Almost always sloshed to the gills. Not really someone we need as speaker of the house.

Your post illustrates 3 things:

1) your spelling, grammar and sentence structure is that of a 3rd grader.

2) you have NOT one iota of history on Trump and his businesses, 3 of his business efforts went bankrupt due to government overregulation and red tape. AKA: his business deal in Atlantic City was a fiasco, he made it public, the government shrugged their shoulders and didn't care. Trump exposed government overregulation and red tape for what it really is: A BUSINESS K**LER. But yet you blame Trump. ??? WTF dude, this happened in the early 1990's. so, STFU dude... !!!

3) you have ABSOLUTELY no clue where you live. The original united States was taken over by the global criminal cabal and subjugated to THE UNITED STATES INCORPORATED by the Act of 1871 ….(ya, its been that long...) People went from being soverign citizens to being property. Its that simple.

Get a frikking clue for once Lonie…. your posts exhibit either extreme ignorance or extreme intoxication.

A grifter does not change his spots.
But even as his companies did poorly, Mr. Trump did well. He put up little of his own money, shifted personal debts to the casinos and collected millions of dollars in salary, bonuses and other payments. The burden of his failures fell on investors and others who had bet on his business acumen.
