This page now post my name, my computer's service number, it's product number, it's name, and that it is still under warranty
Me "error: 'a device ID has been used that is out of range for your system' Will not record."
Virtual Agent "Can you hear sound from your speakers?"
Me "I want to talk to a real person."
This page now ask first name, last name, computer series number, phone number, and e-mail address in my quest for a fast answer without the wait time." I type it out and hit send.
Virtual Agent "Sorry, I'm unable to assist you right now. How would you like to proceed? Get lost? Get bent? Get screwed?"

Odd, I have dealt with the HP site and I got what I needed easily enough.
