My enumerated Article III supreme Court claiming original Jurisdiction in law and equity must comply with Amendment 11 and VII and it must appear on Oregon and it must be of my peers. there is no law created after 1859. So how can this color of law Congress do anything lawful. Maybe this crew in de facto is incapable of governing?
