The women you describe is accurate adding this as well.. That toxic woman is intimidated by males, resents them for not having the same promotions or pay, and most of all are highly insecure thinking they are less..These are all their own thoughts and use men as their excuse for perhaps being looked over, not standing up to the righteous wrong , if they have been and allowing some to deminish her own value..
Remember the women’s march for equal opportunity in the workforce?? What did they do?? Put a vagina around their neck screaming sexual discrimination using IT to justify their means.., I have never been so embarrassed by them and felt I needed to stand against that kind of sick rhetoric!!! Holy crumb that was terrible and labeled every single one of them that spoke worse than a sailor in the sinking ship!!!

This is all a bunch of crap in my opinion. I've worked around all 1789 g****rs, and the women have been every bit as good, if not better than the men.
Mrs. B. Has been invited back to work at the USPS over several men, and young uns because she out worked them all! She doesn't gossip, mess around, or whine. She gets the work done.
Her, and I have worked together in the freight business for most of our marriage, and she's a better hand than most, I'd say 90% of the men, and other g****rs.
She sucked as a horse shoeing assistant, but I give her a pass on that one because her heart was in the right place. The ultimate in that role was my Jayme, who was a girl then, but is now a woman.

I agree with you and say this, your wife stood her ground and out did not to make them look bad but to exceed her own standards..
Every women can have or does have the same opporunity if they would first get over “ oh poor me syndrome.” The laws now on the books insure fair trade, pay and elimination of sexual harassment its just these same women screaming about it don’t stand up for themself.. They feel c*********d, victimized and blame the man for it..
They do not have what your wife and beautiful sweet daughter do~ independancy and security in knowing their value!!!
