Government laws do not allow the Chinese to invest overseas.
China is building an estimated 12 to 24 new cities every year,
Mr Tulloch told 60 Minutes China's government had spent an estimated US$2 trillion to build the cities and to keep the country's economy going.
Analogy, the destruction Wal Marts cause.
Wal mart forces local businesses out.
Mt Jones store puts his funds in local banks and he hires local people.
Walmart may hire local people but they have squashed new local business,
Your local hardware store
Your local gardener
Car repair
Food market
Men’s clothing store
Woman’s clothing store
Local fish market
Local bakery
Toy store
Book store
Bed and bath supplies
Sewing store
Pet store
Bike shop
Children’s clothing store
Furniture
Deli
Paint store
ALL the profits from these past employers is now sucked into the Wal mart vacuum where it is collected and directed where they see fit, which is buying Chinese goods and employing the Chinese, their stock holders and of course to reinvest in building more business eating Wal mart stores.
Every time you buy local your dollar is worth 3 times more to your local economy

I can not be sure how much of the money I spend goes out of the country but Wal-Mart don't get much of it.

I imagine you are not in the class of people that shops there immediately after they "cash" their pay check.

Ironically if the people who collected any kind of government pay check or supplement, and shopped at a local market, our money we gave them would actually be able to come back to us.

I believe that China opened up its markets for private investment in and out of the country either last year or 2012.
They just opened this the other day.

They are also getting into currency swaps and forex investment trading and have opened a hub in London.
China has drastically changed since they have joined the BRICS nations.

I don't shop at Walmart. I feel they have enough of my money through Corp. welfare. If I need cheap plastic crap, I'll buy it from a local company.

Communities all over the country have successfully stopped Walmart from building in their neighborhoods. We stopped it in our community. Boy did we have to fight. Through planning stage all the way to the board of commissioners.

All us old ladies picketed their site. We don't want your subsidized workers or your cheap sweat shop Chinese crap.
It is a fight but you can win.

Hell I work part time & have not made out my billings for December yet.

Being self employed in the early years I would get paid for last month & hope that it cover most of last months bills.

If I would just spend a little less time on this forum I could have them all done by now.
