You should read what you just wrote, the DOD is the only legitimate federal expenditure all of the others were created by liberals.
There are 2 ways of reducing the wealth fleeing the country. One to make it illegal to do so or 2 give investors reasons to keep it here. I suggest we take a page from Ireland's book of economic prosperity and reduce corp taxation to 12%.
