Trump flip flopped on his insistence he would deliver the state of the union at a different venue. Pelosi is playing him like a drum. What do you do when a kid throws a temper tantrum? You take away his TV privileges, Trump could simply submit his state of the union in writing but his ego will not allow it so he is doing it under Pelosi's terms!
