Is this post supposed to mean something?

If so what and to who?

I have, on numerous occasions, explained the deliberate obfuscation of the intent of the 14th Amendment. It was never intended to provide automatic citizenship to the children of i*****l a***ns. The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" has been deliberately misdefined to suit the purposes of Democrats who see more eventual v**ers, and RINOs who are in the pocket of the US Chamber of Commerce and similar pro-illegal organizations. I have provided quotes by the actual authors of the Amendment, actual US law and SCOTUS decisions to back up my claims. I have yet to see anyone disprove them. Birth citizenship for wetback babies is a political hot potato that need not have been, had the douche bags in DC not acted true to form and shirked the job until it became the 800 pound gorilla in the room. Firstly.. Yes... Canada is on the metric system... But in the west at least we still reckon by pounds, miles and gallons...
(makes explaining things to the younger genetations really tiresome)...

I have read one of your posts previously on the subjectvand wholeheartedly agree with you...
Indeed, the term 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' seems clear enough to me... (Although I am admittedly not a lawyer and my interpretation could easily be wrong...)

I am glad that this is coming to a head in America... The situation is somewhat different in Canada, but we usually follow the US's lead...

It is ABUNDANTLY clear that:

2/3 of "i******s" FLY IN on legitimate Visas, then don't leave the US when their Visas have expired.

The remaining 1/3 are NOT all coming across from the south - - there is access ocean-to-coastal both East and West and, yes, even a quiet but steady uptick of walk-ins coming South from Canada.

Unless discovered and confiscated, almost ALL drugs crossing the US Southern border are coming through ports-of-entry.

Frightened, economically challenged refugees, crossing miles of desolate desert - - some of whom do not survive the deadly trek - - surely are NOT going to be entrusted to carry some drug-runner's "valuable" merchandise.

The only reason "the Berlin Wall" was effective was because military guards with machine guns, authorized to use deadly force, were positioned every 10 feet - - all right, maybe 10 feet could be an exaggeration, but you get the idea.

Even the Great Wall of China had similar defense strategies when it came to posting guards and k*****g to keep out invaders.

WE DO NOT NEED A WALL - - THIS IS A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY DREAMED UP BY A DENSE, DESTRUCTIVE, GOLDEN-SPOON, SPOILED BRAT MAN-CHILD...

IN ORDER TO SATISFY HIS EQUALLY DENSE, OR EVEN MORE SO, V**ER BASE, A GROUP WHOM "HE" HIMSELF CONVINCED OF THIS FOLLY, HE IS WILLING TO UNILATERALLY RIP APART THE FABRIC OF OUR COUNTRY WITH HIS MEAN AND CRUEL GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN...

IT IS SO OBVIOUS THAT HE HAS NO CONCEPT OF THE DAMAGE HE IS DOING - - THE HARM & HURT HE IS CAUSING TO INDIVIDUALS AS WELL AS THE ECONOMY.

AND WHEN I SAY UNILATERAL - - I'M TALKING FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH - - EVERY MEMBER OF CONGRESS SIDING WITH tRUMP IS COMPLICIT IN THIS HORRIFIC TORTURE OF AMERICAN CITIZENS.

SENATE REPUBLICANS MUST STEP UP TO THE PLATE WITH PARTISAN PRESSURE TO STOP THIS INSANITY, HOWEVER tRUMP IS THE ONE RESPONSIBLE TO OPEN UP THE GOVERNMENT AGAIN - - AND HE MUST DO IT RIGHT NOW !!!
It is b i ABUNDANTLY /i /b clear that: br br ... (show quote)

This explains what liberals just don't understand, or want to.

The wall is the somewhat formal attire of exceptionalism, something to wear just once and wonder what was I thinking, Chinese were much the same only usually there was a reason, the most explicit reason I ever read was when the Emperor died a guard would be posted over the grave with enough grain to last for a number of years and when that was used up the guard was expected to starve to death, now that is exceptional.

I have even posted several SCOTUS rulings on the subject. Especially the ruling of achild is a citizen of their parent's citizenship not the location.

Children born in America to United Nations members are citizens of their parents citizenship.

Stupid brain dead Socialist Dim-O-Crat just can not understand that.

Your interpretation of "jurisdiction therein" is correct. Say for example guns are illegal jn California but not in Texas. California can arrest you and you lose your gun because of the jurisdiction therein. But, in Texas you can wesr a gun in a holsteron your belt.

Stupid California laws.
