I just read where a policeman cruising a park in south Florida ran over two people laying in the road to watch the moon event. Is this really true and not f**e news? I can not get my head around why anyone would first do that, second why they didn't get up when they saw the car coming and what was the policeman looking at he did not see the people laying there.
If anyone can explain this please do.
