Oh well, then join the good fight Floyd and help us clean out the trash.
There is no tried & true method for doing this.
As time passes people with power & influence get replaced.
As individuals at one time or another we may find our selves being put in to those positions.
It is at that time for each of us to doo the right thing & be the person who changes the values of the position.
Sadly now to may when offered advancement look to the personal gains they get for adapting to the job.
Personal gains count for more than personal values.
It is going on now.
In no way is it working as well as it should.
To many sell them self short for very little monetary gain.
Far to many young people sell them self short for far less gain than they deserve.
So we see the few at the top getting & retaining more than they deserve.
As earlier in life that our youth can see the t***h in the way it all works may work to have a fairer system.
There are no real short cuts to life.
To live life to the fullest means taking time to smell the roses.
While never losing the will or the way to make things work better.
In facing an entrenched obstacle a direct attack may not be the best attack.
We need to look for weakness.
A closer observation may show that a more round about move would be better.
A flanking move so to speak.
As I see it now I say we need to encourage others to be all they can be.
Treating each other as living breathing real people.
We need to look at the good in each other & encourage others to do so also.
Freeing up the good in each other will mean lest time & effort will go in to bringing out negative issues.
A much better way to deal with each other.
Wars & fighting have shown only one real thing.
That one just leads to another one.
Most times with very little time in between.
So it is just words but we need not say fighting for what we want.
To doing what we think is best for our future.
So let us say we are just looking for what is best for our furture here & now.
Now about cleaning out the trash.
For the most part they are people not to much different that who & what we are.
For the most part it is that we don' take others views in to account as well as we should.
More so on their part than ours.
Even if they don't follow through with it properly.
Most people are aware of wanting to know what others think.
It is a war of words that is taking place.
The better we can get what we want to say across the better will be the acknowledgement of our views. Leading to a more peaceful discussion.
But all in all we need to hear from as many as wish to be a part of our discussion.
There is no stone we should leave unturned.
You are good at finding & turning over those stones.
What is found may well produce information leading to the proper approach to the problem.
Carry on!
Never stop looking for those stones.
