That would be a waste of time. It takes 60 v**es to pass a bill. The Democrats only have 56 or so. The bill would fail.
First of all the Dim-O-Crat have got to present a bill to Congress that will pass. So far none have been sent to the Congress with funds to construct the wall/fence.
The only bills so far have provided funding for more points of entrance and hiring more government workers.
Once funds to construct the actual wall/fence the other bill will all pass through Congress with flying colors and yhe President will sign them into law.
This is one battle the democrats can't win.

It didn't pass in December because Congress was 50 Republicans and 49 Democrats. There was no 60 v**e majority possiable.

Actually, the reason we are in this mess is because the Democrats made a promise last year (January) that if President Trump would sign the bill to keep the government open, they would put together a comprehensive immigration reform bill. President Trump made it clear that he would not sign a bill that did not allocate funding for border security.
The Democrats had no honorable intention to make good on their promise.
So they decided to test the President, to see if he would "go along to get along" which underestimated his resolve. Too bad that the Democrats' priorities of removing our President, obstructing confirmation hearing coupled with their vacations and boondoggles allowed them little time to make good on their commitment.

Not one cent has been approved to build the security wall/fence to protect America's borders.
Billions have been approved to expand more points of entry and more government workers to process the illegal criminal aliens.
