There are enough references in the constitution about no man being above the law including the president... and what constitutes high crimes and misdemeanors, that the idea that a sitting president can't be indicted is truly moronic.
For those paying attention to Barr and what he specifically said about the topic of obstruction, he admitted and was specific that a list of things Trump is said to have done come under the headings of criminal actions and prosecution.
The house now has smoking guns in their hands. Mueller isn't ready to release his report, but the house intelligence committee can go to the FBI with what they have and legally get the hard evidence that apparently exists that shows Trump instructing others to lie about the Trump Moscow deal. Reports indicate that what proved Cohen and Trump were lying is emails and other direct evidence.
The house would likely go to the AG with the evidence they are looking at, and properly cite the crimes, and ask that he indict and prosecute accordingly. Even if he were to say that he was of the opinion that a sitting president can't be indicted, the house can v**e on articles of impeachment based on verified corroboration that reason exists for indictments, that can't be acted upon until the impeachment is done. That impeachment handed over to the senate is a different thing than something the senate can throw shade on and refuse to act upon. Add to that the fact that the GOP is going to be done with Trump and the senate will v**e to impeach as well.
Hard evidence of this level of obstruction telling people to lie is going to be all it takes.

More guilt by accusation. The Democrat way, except for their own.
What are those "smoking guns?" And if they have them in hand, why are they just setting on them?

Waiting for Cohen's testimony...I'm sure a followup will be a request for corroborating evidence specific to that obstruction.
Start watching news besides FOX and Hannity and start deciding what's likely to come.
Let me see if I understand, you are saying that Congress has a smoking gun.. well may have sometime in the future..... but, the last I checked, a person is innocent until guilt is proven. I know our magnetic pole just did a major shift, so are we now in another country that hangs people before they are tried?? FYI.... I do not get FOX on my cable.... wish I did so I could find out why they bother you so badly.
