Yes it could start with air traffic controllers ,just think if you have ever looked at a map how many planes are in the air at any given time of the day.It boggles the how many thousand are flying,but if that was all shut down then what,do you think the clowns in washington would do something then? I guess im just thinking about the good old days when workers had the balls and stand up and defend themselves.
